Our crown jewel project thus far was this 600m2 under roof turnkey home. The Collaborative Property Developments team were tasked with completing this luxurious home from foundation to handover and the images speak for themselves. A masterpiece of modern architecture where luxurious finishes meet functional living.

Our team were tasked with a full turnkey renovation including design work of this ultra modern apartment.

This cottage was an update and modernisation of this heritage gem. Classic and contemporary project with gorgeous results.

Blended Café,
Cape Town
The team were tasked with outfitting two health cafes. The project entailed full overhauls of previous shop fittings and refitting with designer fittings and finishing as per the designers renderings.

Entertainers Dream
Our funnest project to date. We were tasked with installing a bar inside the home with a stucco wall coating as wells as a kitchen remodel. Exterior work included a large entertainment area with a pergola encapsulating a jacuzzi and sunken fire pit. A swimming pool and deck refurbishment complete this epic project.
