How We
Started
The company was originally established in Cape Town, South Africa as Llink Home Improvements (Pty) Ltd in an attempt to penetrate the Western Cape construction industry. Our main objective was to provide our clients with building services across the industry whilst maintaining a high level of ethical financial practices by offering industry low prices and full financial transparency with our clients. The company took on several project including complete property overhauls in the well known, affluent suburbs of Green Point and Gardens in Cape Town. Llink Home Improvements the expanded its business portfolio by purchasing properties through partnerships with investors to then revamp and resell. The company has now undergone a rebranding in its entirety establishing itself under the new name of Collaborative Property Developments (Pty) Ltd. The company is now based in Johannesburg and now offers clients a complete turnkey building solution from Project Planning to Project Handover.
